A reader messaged me through Facebook wondering if it would be possible to remove the days of the week on the weekly assignment sheets I posted here. I love it when printables are flexible, so I was happy to oblige.
This is a very flexible form. Use the divisions for different subjects or different days. There are checkboxes for either your student to use to check things as they are completed or for you to use when you check over his/her work.
