The Eyes Have It---Illuminating Your Eyes with L’OREAL®

There are those of us that were blessed with long, thick, beautiful lashes.

My 11-year-old son’s eyes

And then there are those of us whose eyes could use a little help.

My eyes

I have hazel eyes, green with a bronze starburst in the center.

Sounds great, doesn’t it?

Except they tend to look more like mud. And my lashes just fade into my face.

Genetics is a funny thing, isn’t it?

I think maybe L’OREAL Paris® designed their Double Extend Eye Illuminator™ just for me.

One side is solid black mascara, and the other has a touch of sparkle in just the right color to enhance your eyes. I received Black Bronze for Green/Hazel Eyes.

And I know they were thinking of me when they developed the new One Sweep Eye Shadow™.

It can be a little hard to do anything fancy when you’re trying to get ready, the littlest is pulling on your leg and one of the middles is hogging the potty.

This is truly brilliant! One applicator, one compact, and all the colors you need for a pro look in one sweep!

I received the Green/Hazel compact.

Altogether now:

Easy to apply, I was done in just a few minutes. And I like the results, though I would prefer a wider band of the darkest shade (it doesn't reach the crease).

You can’t really see the illuminating “pearls” in the pics. In real life, they add a touch of shimmer. Maybe not something for everyday, but nice for a night out.

Look for Double Extend Eye Illuminator™ (suggested retail $10.95) and One Sweep Eye Shadow™ (suggested retail $9.95) where ever L’OREAL Paris® cosmetics are sold.

Check out L’OREAL Paris® on Facebook for makeup tips and tricks.

Disclosure: As a BzzAgent, I received these products for free in the hopes that I’d spread the buzz…I received no compensation and the opinions expressed here are my own.
